The organization and the functioning of consular post

   The ministry of foreign affairs initiated the adoption of Cabinet of Ministers resolution № 410 from 29.03.2002 and № 1168 from 28 july 2003 to simplify the visiting of Ukraine for foreigner tourists and for grater resort to tourist`s possibilities of our country. It`s provided, like an experiment, the permit entry visa for tourism by the Ministry of foreign affaires on the period for 14 days for the citizens of Guatemala, Malaysia, Mexico, Panama, Singapore, Turkey and Croatia in government international airports «Simferopol», «Odessa», «Donetsk» and in commercial seaport in Odessa during the period before the creation of the service of immigration control.



    The creation and the functioning of counseling services
The drastic measures are taken concerning the organization and the functioning conselling (Poland) and contest posts (Rumania) at the state frontier are provided by the administration of the state frontier service at the period since 2002, after the analysis of the activity of the posts.
The main target of the posts are:
The information exchange concerning the changes in laws of countries` Parties;
About the circumstances which lead to difficulties during the crossing of common border;
About the situation which can have an influence on organization of common control;
About the extremely situationsin the posts of pass;
About the persons who are refused a visa and the reasons of refuse;
About the violation or about the attempt of violation of legislation of Countries Parties during the crossing the national border.
